Yoga Classes with strong emphasis on Meditaion. - Would you like to learn how slow down the constant chatter of the mind so that you can access that calm, clear & creative space with in you? This class is designed more for the exploration of meditation techniques. It will incorporate shavasana a deeply surrendering and restorative posture and then some gentle yoga asanas (postures) designed to loosen the body in preparation for meditation. We will explore different types of meditation and have the opportunity for discussion and questions and also practice these techniques.

Our Vision
Our vision is to empower you to be your own healer by increasing awareness also balancing, aligning and reconnecting the energies of the body to experience optimum physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Our philosophy is that each of us has the ability to heal our own bodies; everything that we require for healing is within us but because of energetic and emotional blocks we often require assistance to clear these blockages. Once this occurs the body can then heal itself, it is about regaining the balance.
In essence, we are all Perfect and balanced.
Karen Bradford is a Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and a Natural Health Practitioner, and has been studying and practicing Yoga and facilitating healings for 15 years.

Joanne Rogers is a Yoga and Meditation teacher, finishing her Teacher Training Diploma in 2004 and going on to become and ACCY Meditation Teacher then studied Tibetan Heart Yoga 1 &2 and specialising in an Ashtanga style of Yoga called Knowing Flow.
