This meditation and Mindfullness course is designed to assist you to understand how and why we suffer and give you tools to allow you to create a rich, full and meaningful life.
The goal is to increase psychological flexibility.
Psychological flexibility has two components: 1) the ability to be present i.e. aware, attentive, open to, and engaged in your experience; 2) the ability to align your behaviour with what you truely value.
These tools and exercises are designed to assist you to first become aware of your stress levels and secondly help you manage the stress in your life realigning your actions with what really matters.
We will explore how the mind works, the effect the mind has on the bodies health and wellbeing.
You will leave with a tool kit full of skills to assist you to quieten the mind when required and also skills to help you use to the mind clearly and concisley with the clarity it was originally designed for.
