 MEDITATION COURSE FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING

When we start to practice meditation, we start feeling relaxed,   peaceful and happy.

Join me on a journey to explore the different techniques of meditation to find a simple technique that suits you personally.

There are many benefits of Meditation Improved physical health, being able to make better life decisions, you will be happier, spiritual growth, Inner peace brings outer peace. Meditation will also enhance creativity and allow you have deeper sleeps.

Would you like to learn how slow down the constant chatter of the mind so that you can access that calm, clear & creative space with in you? This class is designed more for the exploration of meditation techniques. It will incorporate shavasana a deeply surrendering and restorative posture and then some gentle yoga asanas (postures) designed to loosen the body in preparation for meditation. We will explore different types of meditation and have the opportunity for discussion and questions and also practice these techniques. 
This Class is designed for both the very beginner also those who have been practicing and would like to deepen the experience of Meditation.

Located in a beautiful Yoga studio looking out to the Dandenongs set amongst a wonderful healing garden it is the perfect environment to learn to Meditate.

We will explore many Meditation techniques and begin to become aware of how the mind works so active choices can be made.
