Perfectly Balanced at the Good Food and Wine Show

Last weekend we spent a couple of great days at the Good Food and Wine Show in Sydney showcasing our Perfectly Balanced™ range. After the show we had so many of you asking for our Beef and Vegetable mince sample recipe. Here it is! Our easy and tasty One Pot dish - Done in 15 minutes and 100% kid-approved. 

1 ½ - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 Pack Perfectly Balanced Beef and Vegetable Mince
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3/4 cup beef stock
250g rice (we used cooked rice, which can be replaced by 2-minute rice)
½ cup kale

Cooking Instructions: 
1. Heat frying pan on medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray oil.
2. Saute garlic and smoked paprika.
3. Add mince. Cook, breaking up mince for about 5-6 minutes, or until brown.
4. Add tomato paste, beef stock, rice, stir. Add kale to heat through and simmer for about 5 minutes.
