Grilled Chipolata and Veggie Skewer

  • 1 Pack of Perfectly Balanced Beef and Carrot Chipolata, sliced
  • 1 Zucchini sliced
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum / Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 4 White Mushrooms quartered
  • 1/2 Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Chopped Parsley to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat grill or grill pan on medium.  
  2. Place all ingredients including seasonings and oil together in a bowl and mix well.  Thread onto skewers, alternating chipolatas and vegetables.
  3. Place skewers onto the grill, turning occasionally, until the vegetables and the chipolata is cooked through, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  4. Transfer skewers to a platter or plate and serve.
