Chipolata Mini-Dog


  • 1 Pack Perfectly Balanced Beef and Carrot Chipolatas
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 120g rocket
  • 1/4 cup marinated feta
  • 1 Pack wholegrain mini buns
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • basil pesto


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on low to medium heat.
  2. Cook chipolatas for 10-15 minutes turning frequently or until fully cooked. 
  3. Meanwhile prepare the mini hot dog buns and spread each side with basil pesto. Place rocket, 2-3 chipolatas, and top with marinated feta and tomatoes.
