- 1 Pack Perfectly Balanced Beef and Carrot Chipolatas
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 120g rocket
- 1/4 cup marinated feta
- 1 Pack wholegrain mini buns
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- basil pesto
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on low to medium heat.
- Cook chipolatas for 10-15 minutes turning frequently or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile prepare the mini hot dog buns and spread each side with basil pesto. Place rocket, 2-3 chipolatas, and top with marinated feta and tomatoes.
